Stephen's attention to detail was impressive. He replied quickly to my request for a quote and was soon on site to determine whether my imagined complexities about moving a very heavy upright piano from the first floor to ground floor were justified (and their implications for cost). He allayed my fears on both counts. At the point of the move, he and his team were helpful and very competent.
